Change Microsoft Exchange Conferencing settings
Open the online meeting request.
Do any of the following:
To make the Exchange conference private, clear the Allow additional attendees or users without trusted user certificates to join the conference check box. A private Exchange conference restricts access to the organizer, the conference resource, and people who are explicitly invited as required or optional attendees. Attendees also need a valid digital certificate that authenticates their identity. Anyone else trying to join the meeting from a forwarded copy of the meeting request or by locating and clicking the conference URL will be denied access. Private Exchange conferences are also encrypted by default.
To change the meeting password, type the new password in the Password box. The password can't contain spaces, pound signs (#), plus signs (+), percent signs (%), or ampersands (&).
Use strong passwords that combine upper- and lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols. Weak passwords don't mix these elements. Strong password: Y6dh!et5. Weak password: House27. Use a strong password that you can remember so that you don't have to write it down.
Warning The meeting password is sent in clear text as part of the meeting request.
To change the conference resource, click To. In the Show Names from the list, click All Conferencing Resources, and then locate the resource using Type Name or Select from List. Click Resources to add the resource, and then click OK.
Note When you are using Offline Mode, All Conferencing Resources is not displayed in the Show Names from the list. To select the conference resource you want to use, you must find it in the Global Address List. In addition, you can't send an Exchange Conferencing meeting request while in Offline Mode.
